Computer not recognizing Drive E
I have a Dimensions 2400 and everything was fine two weeks ago. We installed two new photo programs and used the E drive to install them. Now, the computer does not recognize that drive at all. The door still opens and closes, but nothing happens. Please help someone who is not computer savvy.

Hi CountryH,
Lets run a couple of standard steps.
Click on the CD/RW link in my post ands croll to Section 15, article 1; Section 20, article 3; Section 12, article 10 (Ignore the reference to Roxio)
Windows will reinstall those drivers and filters once you re-boot the system.
